how to make

step 1. any of the components are precisly

machined on our well maintained turning machines

upto tolerance of +- 0.1mm

step 2. threading process is done with calibrated

thread gauges.

step 3. then zinc (white/yellow) coating/plating is done in microns

as per costumers requirment.

step 4. final inspection is done before dispatch.
